Food & Staff Pricing is dependent on menu chosen & number of guests- we will draw up a specific catering proposal for your event.
25 person minimum head count required for all catered events.
Rentals will be billed direct by the rental company but we can arrange all rentals needed (tables/linen/chairs/plates/glassware/cutlery).
For more casual events Dreesens can provide disposable plates/utensils/glasses for $5/pp.
Please Note:
We cater only on East Hampton Village or East Hampton Town Beaches.
Both require a Special Event Permit for use of public property which does involve application & catering fees for the client.
EH Town & Village are now accepting applications for 2022 dates-
please note they both have an application deadline 14 days prior to your event (Town may be moving to 21 days prior).
Dreesen's will assist you with application process/forms.
Dreesen's will require a copy of the approved permit 48 hours prior to event-
Dreesen's WILL NOT cater any event where a permit was not issued, your deposit is non-refundable in that case.
Code Enforcement will come around checking permits every evening!
We are a local company & we feel that working on our beautiful local beaches
is a wonderful privilege & we will not risk future permit denials so this is non-negotiable!

Other Notes:
Dreesen’s does clambakes on beaches in East Hampton Village & East Hampton Town only. Both EH Village & Town require permits/fees for catering on the beach which involve application fees for the client- we can forward client’s the appropriate forms but client is required to complete and apply for permit. Deadlines apply- permits must be submitted to the appropriate entity 14 days prior to the event (EH Town may move to 21 day prior for 2022 season! A copy of the permit MUST be provided to Dreesen’s 48 hours prior to event. Dreesen’s will NOT cater any event on the beach without proper permitting as Ordinance does patrol and check for permits and fines would be incurred.
Rain plan: We require every client to have an off-beach rain plan if they are booking a Friday/Saturday date, an alternate home location to move to in case of inclement weather.
There are no cancellations or refunds for weekend events on season in event of rain so a rain plan is a requirement!
If your scheduled date is a weeknight Monday-Thursday, in special cases we will make an exception if we can accommodate you another night.
